Daniel H. Ruttenberg

Daniel H. Ruttenberg, JD, CPA, LLM is a principal with the firm. Mr. Ruttenberg received his Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland. He earned his Juris Doctor with Honors from George Mason University School of Law and his Master of Laws in Taxation with Distinction from Georgetown University Law Center.

Kyung (Kathryn) Dickerson

Kyung (Kathryn) Dickerson is a principal at Ruttenberg Dickerson in Tysons, Virginia. In her over 25 years as a trial attorney, Ms. Dickerson has tried hundreds of cases in state and Federal courts in Virginia and the District of Columbia. She has also represented her clients in mediation and arbitration hearings and before various administrative agencies.

Jason D. Smolen

Jason D. Smolen is of counsel with Ruttenberg Dickerson. Smolen’s knowledge of complex estate and business issues has drawn the attention of ABC News, USA Today, E! Online, Realty Times and the Bank of America Small Business Online Community.

Scott W. Taylor

Scott W. Taylor is a principal with the firm. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to the United States Tax Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Taylor earned his Juris Doctor Cum Laude from the George Mason University School of Law in 2001

Issac K. Rauch

Isaac K. Rauch is an associate at Ruttenberg Dickerson. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth before earning his law degree at the Washington College of Law. Originally from Florida, Isaac is an avid reader, interested in history, philosophy, and fiction.
