BIOGRAPHY

Scott W. Taylor is a principal with the firm. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to the United States Tax Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Mr. Taylor earned his Juris Doctor Cum Laude from the George Mason University School of Law in 2001 and a Bachelor of Science Degree (Business) from Virginia Tech in 1992. He is a member of the Fairfax Bar Association and served as the Vice Chair (2006-2007) and Chair (2005-2006) of the Business Law and Corporate Counsel Section. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and is a member of the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce.

 Scott W. Taylor’s practice areas include mergers and acquisitions; transactional planning and structuring; business succession and exit planning; general corporate and business law; real estate; and tax-exempt organizations.
